1. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, confirm your order, and that’s it — your order is placed!


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders, no minimum purchase required.


3. What payment method do you accept?

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.


4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.


5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to start a return.


6. How will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued as per the agreed method (either store credit or cash, depending on your return case).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
